Ingredients: * Lemon Balm leaf (Melissa officinalis), * Catnip leaf and flower (Nepita cataria), * St. John’s wort flowering tops (Hypericum perforatum), organic neutral spirits (95% ETOH).

All plants were grown in Wild' & Wise’s garden and tinctured fresh - * Indicates herb was locally grown or ethically wildcrafted.

Dosage: take 30-60 drops, in a small amount of water, as needed.

Contrindications: Avoid during pregnancy. St. John’s wort use internally can cause photosensitivity.
